Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy​

 

 

We understand that plans can change. As a small independent studio, every booking helps us prepare materials, staff, and reserve your place. Please read the following policy before booking.

Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

You may move your booking to another available workshop under the following conditions:​

• 2 days before the workshop: €9 rebooking fee per booking.

• Less than 48 hours before the workshop: Rescheduling is not possible, and the ticket will be considered used.

Rescheduling is always subject to availability.

Illness

If you are unable to attend due to illness, please contact us before the workshop begins.

With a valid medical certificate, we will transfer your booking to another available workshop free of charge.

No-Shows

If you do not attend the workshop and have not contacted us beforehand, your booking cannot be refunded or transferred.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. To avoid disrupting the experience for other participants, we may not be able to admit participants who arrive significantly late.

Booking Transfer

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member. Simply email us before the workshop with the new participant’s name.

Workshop Changes

If Re-Offline needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may choose between:

• Moving your booking to another available date, or

• Receiving a full refund.
